What a week. This Fantasy season is shaping up to be something special. In week 12, there was a lot of interesting football, with every team playing and all the games being spread out. We got to see what some of these squads look like at full strength. Noah Ruch with another dominant top frag win, he still holds the top weekly scorer at 175 and change, an extra 50 could be heading his way.  Last week we had 2 teams clinch their playoffs spot, that being Brayden as the current 1 seed and Noah Ruch as the current 2 seed. Things are really interesting as 4 teams currently sit at 6-6, and only two of them can get in. Cal, Trever, Jackson, and Landon are these 4 teams. Landon is currently the worst of those four because of his lack of points scored. The next 2 weeks are huge for those teams.  A big reminder for the league is that the trade deadline is on December 6th at noon, so if you want to make any big moves before the playoffs, get to moving. Also, just to clear some stuff up, the bye weeks are to the top of each division, so two west or two east members cannot hold both the bye weeks.

Week 12 Review:

Noah R. over Trever

Grayson over Baud

Jelly over Grant

Noah D. over Hunter

Matthew over Cal

Brayden over Landon

Studs:

Josh Allen 39.7

Kyren Williams 38.4

Jalen Hurts 34.5

Dak Prescott 32.2

Duds:

Adam Thielen 1.2

Cooper Kupp 4.8

George Kittle 4.9

DK Metcalf 6.2

Week 13 Preview: Get ready for explosions ( pshew, pshew, pshew). The biggest matchup is between Noah R. and Brayden (the two 1 seeds in each division and current bye week holders). Another interesting matchup is between both 2 seeds in each division, Matthew and Grayson. Trever vs. Landon has big playoffs implications and the other games shouldn’t disappoint either.

Notes: Both teams have the opportunity to clinch the bye with a win this week, first in the west vs first in the east, should be a large amount of fireworks. Lots of players on bye for Brayden, including Stefon Diggs, T.J. Hockenson, and Josh Jacobs. He is letting those guys rest. Noah looks to continue dominance of scoring and take down Brayden to claim the 1 seed of the playoffs and secure the bye. Word on the street is that Noah had to change his underwear after creaming over the news that Jonathan Taylor will be out for the next two weeks and he does not have to play against him (Per Source). This is a blow to Braydens team for now but he did secure a playoff spot for when JT is back.

Matthew vs Grayson

Matthew (7-5)Grayson (8-4)

ESPN Odds to Win56%44%
H2H Record2-00-2
Points For1428.581491.74
Points Against1513.71297.56

Notes:  Another marquee event between the respective two seeds in their divisions, fighting for pride just as much as playoff seeding in this matchup as these two like to go at it. Byes hitting Grayson especially hard. I mean a terrible draft strategy by Grayson to have so many players on Bye, Rico Dowdle getting the start, like wtf are we doing. Grayson needs a win this week and a Braycuz loss to be in the bye week spot, it doesn’t secure it, but it puts him in there. Matthew squeaked out a win last week with 105 points, another pitiful score like that and Grayson might win. Matthew said the league should not let him get hot, 105 aint even warming up buddy. However, stashing Z man, Zach Moss, is looking to have paid off as he is now the starter in Indy.

Jelly vs Hunter

Jelly (6-6)Hunter (3-9)
Projected Points114.8116.9
ESPN Odds to Win50%50%
H2H Record3-00-3
Points For1377.261258.16
Points Against1381.21357.04

Notes: Jelly coming off an electric performance putting up 146 on Grant’s head. Should be like a hot knife through butter. The second return of Achane hopefully he can stay healthy. Hunter surprisingly has no players on bye Jelly missing Josh Allen. Hunter was the first team to be officially eliminated from playoff contention. However he does have plans to spoil Jelly’s playoff hopes. Hunter with a big ankle biting, kneecap breaking mentality going into the last 2 weeks of the season against Jelly this week, and then Cal next week. He can’t do anything about his playoff chances still so better start preparing for the 4×4 mile lil fella.

Trever vs Landon

Trever (6-6)Landon (6-6)
Projected Points124.1107.2
ESPN Odds to Win58%42%
H2H Record1-11-1
Points For1387.11266.84
Points Against1403.71415.78

Notes: Two teams scrapping to make a playoff push at 6-6, 4 of Landon’s runningbacks on bye, while Trever eagerly awaits the return of the number 1 pick Justin Jefferson. Landon’s thoughts on the matchup “Win.” This couldn’t have been put better, Landon pretty much has to win out to be in the playoffs with the lack of points for he has. If he has a tied record with any other team fighting for a playoffs spot after week 14 he is out. Trever on the other hand wants to punish this weak opponent. This matchup is the only head on matchup between the 4 dogs left in the fight for the rest of the year. This has huge playoff implications.

Grant vs Noah D.   The Toilet Bowl

Grant (4-8)Noah D. (5-7)
Projected Points116.0117.2
ESPN Odds to Win50%50%
H2H Record2-00-2
Points For1350.761419.02
Points Against1430.281396.06

Notes: Two teams with not much to play for except pride and joy, still technically have an outside chance of making the playoffs, but it would take a miracle. This the damn toilet bowl. Grant has a 1 percent chance and is lost and confused, “like sleepy Joe Biden.” (He sent me a meme of Joe so I implied that quote). On the other hand Noah is holding onto all the hope he has, he loves his 16 percent chance, claiming that is the best odds he has seen in years.

Baud vs Cal

Baud (4-8)Cal (6-6)
Projected Points100.2113.3
ESPN Odds to Win45%55%
H2H Record2-00-2
Points For1295.541417.58
Points Against1433.761442.56

Notes: Cal is currently holding onto the 5 seed for dear life, and he needs a win now as there are 3 teams at 6-6 nipping at his heels, he has a 30 point edge over Trever and 40 points over Jackson that is holding him in contention. Baud on the other hand complains of being shafted by the schedule with facing the other teams best performance, I got news for you buddy, Cal, Matthew, and Noah R. all have faced harder schedules but have come out with more wins, gotta find a way. Baud said that if Olave plays that he can spoil Cal’s playoff hopes. Cal on the other hands guarantees a boner if he wins.
